Next Meeting --May 16-7:00 pm

The May meeting has been moved to the Harris Corporation Technical Center at the corner of Cook & Lima Roads. Mark Tritch, KC9GUY, will present a program on the new GOES-16 weather satellite which was launched in November and is currently undergoing testing.

Because of Harris' security requirements, anyone attending must be a member of ACARTS, FWRC, or FWDXA and must register with Joseph Lawrence at by May 1.

In addition, there will be an optional tour of the Harris testing facilities. For this, there is a higher level of security and proof of US citizenship, either a birth certificate or a passport will be required. Notify Joseph if you wish to take this tour.
